One of the premier builders in Northwest Colorado, DMJ General Contractors was built thirty years ago on the shoulders of the three brothers for whom the company is named—Dennis, Mike, and Jerry.    Although the family business started small, they developed an impressive resume that includes many things, from construction of a Normandy Castle to trophy log homes, from subdivision infrastructures to agricultural barns, from ice arenas to airport hangars.

 

Since our first set in 1979 DMJ had been searching for a quality prebuilt homeline to offer our Grand County residents.  The teamwork of Heritage Homes of Nebraska and DMJ Grand Heritage Homes offers a prebuilt home that meets the customization & quality of  home our customers have come to expect from us with a shorter construction timeline.
